"I absolutely LOVE this resort. The staff are amazingly accomodating and the breakfast was delicious! It is not the fanciest and doesn't have the most up-to-date amenities (usb ports and upgraded things like that) but for the cost, the view and the excellent staff, I'd stay here any day!"

"Check in sucked. They did have our room ready at check in time, 4:00. We had an event to be at 6:00, a concert, which they were well aware of since most of the people staying there and the band was staying there for. Didn't get it together to prepare for that and didn't seem to care.
The rooms were NOT equipped with USB-c charging outlets, only USB-a, which would have been fine, 5 years ago.
The bar was closed for a private affair, so the 90% of the people staying there, the concert goers...
