"I have stayed everywhere on Koh Samui and This is such a beautiful property… the name is misleading, because there are no boats in Crystal Bay. It is the best beach on Koh Samui! The manager was amazing and took amazing care of me! He was so kind and gracious. Truly a great ambassador for the property. I had issues with my aircon and he had the whole system replaced. I moved to their sister property a few hundred meters down the beach, to have a different view and both the managers treated me like a VIP. All the staff, food and views are amazing. I love Crystal Bay Yacht Club and Crystal Bay Beach Resort! Simply the best… Thank you both for being so gracious. "

"Good location if you want to be away from crowds & party scene. It is a drive 30-40 minutes to get to more restaurants and action. We loved our stay there. We met the executive chef Nui and she made us a custom dinner focused on shell fish forward. Incredible. All the food on their regular menu was as equally delightful. Highly recommend this resort."

"Love the villa with pool, was sad to leave, wil love to stay here again. The area is really quiet, and you need to go by car to bigger stores. But for us this was perfect! Was traveling with kid so the quietness was perfect ;) also good food at breakfast and the restaurant. Thank you!"

"The staff were very attentive. My wife and I had our 30th wedding anniversary there. They set up a cabana, which was very well priced and had dinner at sunset. An awesome experience. And the browny points I got from the wife didn't hurt. Breakfast was great, 30 seconds to the beach and pool. Price for food and drinks reasonably priced, and the Happy Hour was awesome. When you walk out of the hotel, you can walk left or right, and there are bars and restaurants aplenty. I would definitely come back again. "
