"The hotel is ok , it’s far from town , but they do have a shuttle service , the gym is the worst it’s the size of a small bathroom. The pools are not ment to relax , this hotel is for kids so screaming kids are everywhere, the beach when we were there was not possible the wind was so strong plus the high tide , the room we had was nice , breakfast is good , "

"It was advertised for 300+THB and I booked. When I arrived, the reception told me to pay the difference to make it 500THB. There was another couple at the same time with same issue. The reception talked to owner on speaker phone in Thai and we overheard the owner telling her to lie to us about the details and also refused to refund me. I called Hotels.com to complain and I was told to pay the difference and the company will refund me. Let’s see if this is so. Good place but dishonest and...

"Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....
