"We had the best stay here- we regretted not staying for longer. We arrived 8.30am and Ammar at reception gave us an early check-in free of charge which was the best start for our mini moon. The complimentary treats were wonderful and made us feel at home. The Spa treatment was one of the best ever had - we had the best sleep ever after a long flight. The breakfast was phenomenal - especially the ghee roast dosa and vada, sambar and chutneys. We wish we could have stayed for longer."

"Hot water was available for only 1-2 minutes and then becomes cold water while showering. Staffdoes not offer correct direction to airport immigration offices"

"I had paid for the shuttle and breakfast . When I called hotel for shuttle , they asked me to pay Rs 1800. I had to hire my own Uber to goto the hotel from airport. It is not fair for the customer. I request Expedia to refund that payment I paid for shuttle"

The staff are absolutely amazing and seem to genuinely want you to have the best possible stay that you can. The breakfast buffet and dinner were one of the best...

"Very well appointed setup, clean spacious rooms and very friendly staff. However we encountered these issues 1. The room AC was not fully functioning and we had to ask them twice to send technicians. Even after that the room did not cool down and we had to ask for a fan. It was not comfortable at all. None of the staff or Managers came up to check or offered us a different room. 2. No power point in the ironing closet. The board had to be dragged outside to the bedroom. 3. Really poor quality...
