"Spent a week here and honestly didn't want to leave. The place is absolute paradise ! surrounded by green mountains, pure quiet, and the sound of the river. The rooms are super clean and cozy, the pool and sauna area were perfect after a day of exploring, and the food and especially the wine... incredible. You have to try their wine while you're there! Huge thanks to the staff, they were so kind and made us feel like family from day one. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near Batumi, this...

"Greeting palace to stay , The owner of the property is a very nice and helpful person. The owner of the residence provides delivery of food, drinks and hookahs to the place of residence. A place with a beautiful view of nature The cabin is very spacious. I recommend trying it"

"Zeer slecht had geen conformatie over onze booking wou niks terugbetalen en we konden vertrekken"

"This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises ."

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...

"We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! "

"We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...
