"Good location and well maintained hotel"

"Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered.
