"Eleven Hotel Bangkok was a real find. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, welcoming and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were very comfortable, with enormous beds that made it easy to properly relax after a busy day in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, the food was excellent, and the overall quality felt far higher than the price suggests. It is hard to believe Eleven Hotel is available at such a reasonable rate. It has quickly become one of my favourite places to stay in Bangkok, and I would happily return."

" as a long term visitor to Bangkok, I put this hotel down as a definite find! Staff etc really helpful.On an alley off the bottom of a Soi but many amenities etc. around. Only thing I would say is for taxis etc. give them the address/ show them web page of the restaurant at the bottom of the alley as there is a hotel with a similar name nearby, which can get confusing and then direct them or take a short walk to the hotel from there"
