Great staff and beautiful rooms

Friendly, kind and professional staff, amazing room (suite), great breakfast and a bar that can make real cocktails. Hotel has everything you may need - A/C, pool, hair dryer, etc.

I can not believe I have never heard of this hotel before! What a beautiful place and we loved everything about it! The service was amazing, the food was great and the people were so friendly. Beautiful room and good beds. I will definitely be back with my family again.

Gennemrejse.

Vi blev meget overrasket, det var så hyggeligt, rent samt godt personale. Vi skulle bruge en overnatning til gennemrejse og blev taget godt imod. Dejlig mad alt i alt en god oplevelse 🙏 Vi kommer igen næste gang vi skal bruge en overnatning eller måske endag et spa ophold.

Hotel muito pitoresco e aconchegante! Local encantador, mas um pouco distante do centro da cidade, em torno de 15 minutos. Quarto de bom tamanho. Tem um spa muito bonito! O Café da manhã é excepcional! O restaurante do café da manhã é muito bem decorado! Funcionários atenciosos!

Tolles Hotel

Wir haben für eine Nacht ein Hotel benötigt und mit dem Hotel Birke einen Volltreffer gelandet. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Zustellbett für unser 12jähriges Kind (zum ersten Mal mit einem Bett zu 100% zufrieden) und das Frühstück toll. Es wurde einem beim Frühstück alles sehr freundlich gezeigt und erklärt und am Tisch lag noch eine Karte zum aktuellen Tag aus mit Vorschlägen zu Veranstaltungen usw. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend fahren, dann nur in dieses Hotel :-)

Veldig hyggelig gutt som møtte oss når vi skulle sjekke inn. Fint rom, veldig kaldt første dag/natt. Men de ordnet luftvarmer så ordnet seg neste dagene. Super frokost, og damen i frokosten var veldig hyggelig! Veldig bra hotell for pengene.

Det sødeste personale da vi tjekket ind, han var virkelig behjælpelig med det hele. Generelt sødt personale og hjælpesome. Rigtig fin morgen mad med masser af forskellige ting. Vi boede i den gamle del af hotellet og dvs havde vi ingen varme eller varmt vand.

Perfektes Frühstück, da komme ich gerne wieder

Zimmer im "Haupthaus" gebucht, wobei damit der Altbau gemeint war, in dem auch die Verwaltung sitzt. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war völlig in Ordnung, aber doch spürbar in die Jahre gekommen und damit deutlich unter dem Level vom Rest des Hotels, das aus mehreren Häusern besteht. Es gab einen sehr kleinen, kostenlosen Gästeparkplatz gegenüber, hier musste man aber sehr viel Glück haben um einen Platz zu ergattern, auf dem großen, kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz war für 9,- € pro Nacht natürlich immer ein Platz frei. Das Highlight waren die neueren Gebäude und ABSOLUT das Frühstück, hier muss ich sagen treten alle anderen Dinge in den Hintergrund. TOP Service, super freundlich, mit aufmerksamer Bedienung und der Möglichkeit sich eine Eierspeise nach Wahl frisch zubereiten zu lassen... da war ich extrem angenehm überrascht und würde mir wünschen so etwas in jedem Hotel vorzufinden. Für mich kommt Frühstück und Sauberkeit an allererster Stelle und das war hier wirklich Weltklasse, weiter so! Perfekt war auch die Organisation, hier war alles bis auf das letzte durchdacht und es gab detaillierte Erklärung mit Führung und Einweisung bei Ankunft und auch zum Frühstück... wenn noch mal Kiel, dann werde ich definitiv hier buchen, wenn ich wieder den gleichen, fairen Preis bekomme...

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel; Innenstadt mit dem Pkw aber schnell zu erreichen. Außergewöhnlich freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Schöne Bar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, bei dem die Chefin von Tisch zu Tisch geht und sich nach der Zufriedenheit der Gäste erkundigt. Wir haben in einem der Appartments Waldesruh gewohnt. Überraschend groß, gute Betten, schönes Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
