"I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend Shose if you are in the Moshi area. Starting with the warm welcome from Benson at the front desk to the wonderful service and great recommendations for dinner from our waiter Ismail, we were very pleased with choosing Shose Farmhouse! We were 2 couples and all agreed that the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and the bed super comfortable! Also enjoyed a hot soak in the outdoor tub on the balcony overlooking green fields and Mt. Kilimanjaro...
"Great hotel with wonderful staff. On-site gym was a huge bonus. Restaurant had a good variety of items and all were very tasty with good portions. Swimming pool was very nice and the room itself was modern with plenty of outlets, air conditioning and decent WiFi. "
"Was here for a week. Mostly it is a bus tour/start of hiking hotel, but I was there for family reasons so maybe experience differently. Staff and service are amazing. John the driver and Dorothy stand out. Very clean and accommodating in terms of the infrastructure. Great (unheated) pool and lovely bar. I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast (included) was awesome. It is not quiet because of the roads, so if that is an issue stay elsewhere, but overall I really enjoyed my stay at Panama Gardens....

"When or if I go back to moshi, this will be the place I will stay. Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. Those who run the place are also very pleasant and helped me secure a ride back to the airport for a good price so I didn’t have to haggle anyone outside, which is exhausting. "I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...
