"When we go there, they had taken the liberty of checking us in a day sooner than we asked for and said they would tack it on to the end of our stay, but that did not happen. When we did finally get to our room, it was semiclean and the hot tub did not even work which was the reason we paid more to stay there than surrounding hotels that were cheaper. When asked, the front desk staff had to stop their all day long visit with their company to sharply say " none of them work" and get back to discussion with said company. The hotel it's self was fine, the rooms were clean enough, but honestly, had we known we were going to be shorted a full day and then the amenities we wanted would not work, we would have stayed somewhere else. Lack luster would be the word I used. It is what it is but I would like to get reimbursed for the full day they had us checked in that we were not there. "

"The room was very clean, supplied with plenty of towels. Did need another bar of soap. Very important for me personally it had hot water and a tub. So many hotels do not have hot water for bathing. The room Had plenty of space and was comfortable."
