The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. When i arrived they did not have my booking and said they had not had a relatiomship with Hotel.com for a while.so i had to pay again gor a room that night and find somewhere else to stay
