"Bed comfy, location superb, restaurant great, clean. Unexpected warm weather hit an no air-conditioning, is understandable, BUT window only opened an inch. SO Hot, it was like a sauna in our room. Horrid for sleeping, no ventilation. So we opened our door, held it open with a suitcase"

"The staff was wonderful. The bar and its food was great. However when we tried to check in we could not find a spot to unload.The 3 spots were full. So we found a car park 3 blocks away and walked to the hotel. When we checked in we had to walk 3 blocks back to the car and get our luggage and wheel ..."

"Pleased with all aspects of The FitzWilton Hotel. My main compliment is their staff. All very friendly and helpful, especially Lynn in the restaurant. Lynn was fabulous, she catered for my dietary needs without making me feel uncomfortable. Her bubbly, friendly and helpful personality was wonderful. ..."
