"The Lights in the room was not working. Nobody came to fix it"

"I booked this hotel through expedia and did not realize they had a no cancellation within 24 hours which is fine however I was suppose to drive to vancouver the day of the reservation and the roads were closed due to a forest fire on Hiway 1 , the only alternative route was 5 more hours. I could not make it on time to get to my reservation and asked that they cancel it as the road was closed and there were more fires in the area. "This was a cute hotel close to Vancouver where I could easily park my truck. It was about a 15 minute walk to the skytrain that got us wherever we needed to go. Close to grocery stores and other shopping."

"Thank you to Randy and Pam for such an amazing stay. It was centralized to the places we were looking to go and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Our room was a Junior room. Very clean, closet was a great size and bathroom was lovely. Bath tub was great. Bed was so comfortable. The house was beautiful and we got to meet some great people during our stay. If we ever get back to BC will definitely want to stay again!"
