"When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system.
When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were.

"The staff at TRPY was very helpful. Very nice. My breakfast was good. My room was good. The AC worked fine. My bed Lennon was clean, and the landscape around the place was beautiful lot of free parking all was nice and peaceful. "had a wonderful stay at Four Points! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it looked like the bathrooms had just been remodeled—they felt brand new and were spotless. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day.

"Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...
