"Booked this motel last minute on our drive from Tweed HDs. Pleasantly surprised on arrival - looked so lovely & almost tropical. The owner greeted us & was friendly & helpful - parking directly outside our room. Our room was very spacious with a queen bed & single bed - nicely decorated & Plantation shutters. "Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"

"We stayed in the Tree Top room and would highly recommend it; we will definitely book again. We had two dinners and one breakfast; the dinners were lovely. My only feedback is that the breakfast was a little disappointing, the poached eggs were hard and the toast was dry, my preference is soft poached eggs, everything else was great. I had a gorgeous spa treatment, the products were divine, my skin felt amazing after. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, thank you making our stay...
