"Location of this property can not be faulted. Beautiful ocean views close to Agassi but far enough away to be quiet. Owners were amazing and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Although dated my room was really clean (no dirty feet walking bare foot which tends to be my biggest gripe in hotel rooms) bed was super comfy and had really good nights sleep. "Alamis apartments are a true gem in Zakynthos and we would return in a heartbeat to stay here again. George and his team are outstanding. George is so helpful and knowledgeable - he can assist with any local booking information and organise transfers/taxis/car hire. He is very professional, warm, genuine and very present for his guests and takes a real interest in their stay. Sue was a very friendly face at reception. She is very bubbly and welcoming of guests - and will help with any requests....

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed the food which was freshly made and locally sourced (most of the ingredients home grown!) The pool area was really nice and very quiet, even in peak season, and the small beach which was a short walk away was perfect. Car hire from the hotel was a really plus too. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a quieter stay in Zakynthos. "
