"We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port."

"The view from our room was beautiful of the river. The bar had great food and drink with a friendly, efficient staff. The view of the river great!"

"Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

"There really are not enough stars for this magical castle. It’s stunning with the perfect upgrades where old meets new. We absolutely loved this place !!"

"Cute place to stay above a lovely pub and on the water. Good value for money. Pros: dog friendly, beach access, beverage tray with sparkling water and tea/instant coffee and a kettle (always nice). Little things that could be improved: there was no full size bath towel, just a hand towel and shower mat, window had been left ajar for fresh air (which is great) but meant that by the time I arrived, there were a ton of knats/midges/little bugs inside and outside the window."
