"The rooms are definitely not sound proof… you can hear everything.
And the third night we stayed was a rather cold one so we got out the extra thick blanket. A while late we were wondering what stunk and we ended up pin pointing the smell back to the blanket that obviously wasn’t washed and had puke on it…
Spoons for the tea and coffee not washed either.
Pool isn’t heated and spa isn’t either until 6pm.

"This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the check in process takes way way too long. they also didnt have my room ready for 3pm check in either. Took ages to bring valet car back to us also when we checked out. Staff are walking in circles and que to the doors to check in. If you know 3pm is check in time why are the people who are working moving so slowly.... really not okay. people were getting very annoyed."

"All amenities and services in the downstairs and foyer area were bright and clean. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Upstairs on level 3 things were rather disappointing. Blinds all closed, no daylight, no air and all biege. The upper levels clearly need some maintenance and an update. In our room, it was tidy and almost clean but there was dust in corners of the room and a random pen lid. The room was very plain and not worth the money for a terrible view with saggy king bed."
