"Amazing stay"

"The staff were very helpful providing information and answers to our questions and ensuring that our visit was memorable. We were very comfortable in the room and greatly enjoyed the bathroom facilities."

"Location was fantastic and service was great. The two gentleman there are kind and speak English well."

"The room was so small we had to move aside so the other can walk by. The shower was so small we couldn’t even shower properly . Also the balcony couldn’t even fit me let alone two people. The pictures are a lie"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good throughout. A special mention to the housekeeping team — they were lovely people and did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice, especially with the piano music playing in the background. The hotel is also in a convenient location for exploring Istanbul.

"Rent rom, hyggelig betjening. Veldig enkel frokost, men bedre enn forventet.

"sadece yataklar temizdi.. geri kalan laan temiz değildi. banyo kapısı bile yarıya kadar boyanmış diğer yarısı başka bir renkti.. banyoda havlu asacağı yok havluyu nereye koyacağını şaşırıyorsunuz. ayak havlusu yok duştan çıkınca heryer göl oluyor. duş telefonun askılığı kırık! bi elinizle tutmak zorundasınız! fiata bakıp bir gece iş için konakladık. zorunda kalmıyorsunuz tercih etmeyin."

"Staffs were very nice and helpful, room was clean and good breakfast. Location is excellent."

"Perfekt läge i Karaköy!

"I travel a lot. This was by far my worst experience ever. No toilet paper, no soap, no daily cleaning, very mean and lazy receptionists, dirty hotel, very noisy inside and out. "

"There was restaurant and shops nearby do you don’t really have to go far to find the things you want in turkey. Lovely stay and lovely staff."
