"The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. "

"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). Dinners were all to be served when we first arrived, but by the third...

"수건에 날파리가 붙어있거나, 객실 청결도가 조금 떨어지긴하지만, 직원분들이 진짜 친절하시고 24시간 프런트라 새벽에 가도 체크인 가능합니다. 조식 메뉴는 거의 비슷한데 과일은 날마다 조금씩 다르고 여기서 먹은 파인애플이 인생 파인애플이었습니당. 다만 조식 먹는 시간에 사람이 몰리면 앉을곳이 없을 수 있음! 물이나 수건은 프런트에 요청하면 추가로 더 주시고, 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 편했습니다. 공항이랑 거리도 가까운 편이고, 이 호텔에서 여행하는 곳들의 거리가 많이 멀지는 않아서 좋았습니당."

"This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines."

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."
