"Clean updated rooms & always friendly owners"

"Stayed for one night, so didn’t have the opportunity to use many amenities. Check in was quick, person at the desk was efficient. Room was clean, smelled “musty”, some improvements were needed in the bathroom-loose towel rack, loose/missing tiles. It was fine for one night. Good location and walkable to Walmart for any forgotten necessities so that was nice."

"Didn't like that it wasn't 11 o'clock and they thought we left and they went open the door and my daughter was in the room still it was around 9am check out its at 11am"

"Easy to get to and staff very friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean and comfy. And the staff were very nice. The carpet in the main corridor on our floor was ragged and had large gaps at the seams and the escalator was out of order going up. Parking was free and plentiful. There are restaurants that are walking distance, but be aware that all of the “sights” are a bit of a distance away (ie. Not walkable) since we had a car this wasn’t an issue for us."

"When I went there, they couldn’t find my reservation, but I provided the information for them and so for that trouble, they upgraded me to a king size bed for my queen, which I did appreciate at no extra charge. The room was clean and you can’t ask more than that. Nowadays, most of the motel 6 exteriors need a lot of work this was no different. "Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...

"Lots of Route 66 artifacts and museum pieces. Great to walk through, but not to stay the night. Room was primitive with mis matched furniture and mattresses on a board. Bathroom door would not shut and counter was unfinished. Guests rented this hotel for their permanent home and it felt unsafe. Guests were yelling at each other. Do not stay here."

"Hot!! Hot!! Hot!! Did I mention how hot the bedroom was? The AC barely put out any cold air. The room was uncomfortably hot. I did not get any sleep, which defeated the purpose for booking a room. It was disappointing. I can't see recommending, or booking, this hotel in the future."
