"I got a room for one night in August and the woman at the lobby let me check in early, which was very nice of her. The room was okay. Some of the electrical didn’t work. However, it did have a working fridge and microwave which was convenient. Arturo, the shuttle driver, was extremely nice to me. I left my phone in the lobby and he drove me back after we already arrived at the airport. Staff was excellent. "

"Half asleep me checked in and the receptionist was still very helpful, informative and understanding, even though I was deliriously tired. Next morning I got locked out of my room 15 minutes before check out and the morning receptionist was also very helpful, understanding and very quick to help as I was in a time restraint; while also still taking care of other clients (she was waiting for the them to find their form of payment).
