It was close to the venue I was attending but the room had a very strong smell of cleaner, like overbearing. It smelled like it was trying to cover up old smoke smell and it nearly made me nauseous. I also wish it had a lamp instead of just an over head light. Morning staff was nice and friendly

La Hacienda delivers on the basics with no frills. The room was clean, but the furnishings were tattered (e.g., the bedspread had a cigarette burn hole, and the walls had blemishes and needed to be painted). They have a TV, but it was about 24 inches wide with limited channels. What earned my business for a second time was how great the staff was; they were pleasant and prompt. ***Beware, you need a Hot Spot for Wifi. I wasn't able to stream at all, even my laptop struggled with simple tasks. Staff reset the modem several times, to no avail.

First room we checked into had standing water in it. Switch us rooms fairly quickly but there were clumps of hair/ crumbs left behind from a fast cleaning

The owners are amazing and helped us navigate around Seattle. They printed out maps for us, helped us with Uber as our Canadian phones would not work. I recommend this motel. Thank you for our two night stay. Will definately be back.

Booked one night to sleep in Seattle before hiking Mt Baker early the next day. AC struggled to pump out cool air and was probably the loudest unit I've heard in any hotel. At about 8pm a Rock band started playing about a block and a half down the street but it sounded like they were playing in the parking lot of the Motel it was so loud. I understand that the hotel cannot control a venue's volume however I dont want to have to check all the local activity when I book a hotel. Couldnt sleep with the noise of the band or the AC. At 11pm, with the band still blaring I checked out and went to another hotel. Staff were nice but over all, the worst hotel experience I've had.

The condition of the shower wasn’t great and the shower head was very short. There was also a cracked window in the bathroom and no curtains so we felt exposed. The TV didn’t work and though the staff tried very hard to fix it, we had to move rooms. It was very nice that we had access to laundry facilities

Great staff. Great for overnight b4 flight.
Very accomodating to our needs. Nicest people you could ever meet on the front desk. There's work to be done on replacing worn furniture. Great place to stay for our night before our early morning flight.
