"Amazing hotel but in construction no kid friendly restaurants. Our room was ok we were upgraded to executive with no visible differences except for robes. Didn't seem any bigger. Espresso machine is not an upgrade if you don't drink it. 2 days couldn't get pool slots for swimming. "

"If you are a tourist, looking for a convenient location and plan to be out and about all day, this is a great property. If you just need a place to lay your head and store your suitcases, the breakfast is amazing (like an all inclusive) and the staff are lovely. Rooms are clean albeit very small (think enough room to walk around the bed and that’s it). However, as a business traveller, the property does not hit the mark. The rooms are small, no desks, the TV system is almost useless, sheets are some sort of poly- blend and mattresses feel like ‘bed in a box.”. There is not even a comfortable place to be outside of your room since the bar/coffee shop is basically at the front door hallway / entrance to the hotel and therefore high traffic and cold (with the door constantly opening and closing). Hallways look like they are decorated for ease of cleaning (not one soft surface anywhere), so you feel like you are staying in an SRO when you come off the elevator. "

"Good internet, but no actual desk in the King Suite. Also no table/chairs to sit at when eating. there are 2 bar stools to sit at the island at the kitchen but I am only 4'9" so that didn't work for me. So I stood at the island to eat/work on my laptop. It was nice having a kitchen but the microwave is over the stove and the cupboards are higher so if I hadn't had my husband on the trip with me I would not have been able to use the microwave and would have had to ask hotel staff for a stool so I could reach the dishes. It doesn't tell you on the website that typically the room is only done every 2nd day but if we needed towels sooner we just called down and asked and I didn't care if the bed was made every day. Living room couch and chair were very low. No dresser in the bedroom just 2 bedside tables each with 1 drawer. there is open shelves in the living room with decorative items so I just used them to fold our clothes onto (10 day trip) We would stay here again as it was clean, quiet and I always felt safe."

"We stayed for the Furnal Equinox 2026 convention. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Incredibly attentive service in the restaurant at breakfast. We felt safe and cared for during our entire stay. Attendants at the elevators worked hard to keep everyone moving. Thank you so much to the entire team at Westin!!"
