Where to start. Well as soon as we arrived, both sides to us had TVs blaring different channels that lasted all night and from 6am. As soon as we got into the room, it stank of stale cigarette smoke and then we saw a cockroach. Many more were to grace us with their presence. Bugs don’t bother me but regardless of the price I do NOT expect them infesting my room. The room was also adjoining which was not requested and did not feel safe - we used both of our door alarms staying at this motel and have not felt the need to use them anywhere else we’ve stayed, in 12 other states. It WAS a cheap room but I can very much see why now. Horrible experience and we left first thing as soon as the nearby route 66 diner opened.

I booked a king room and when i arrived the only room thru had was a smoking room. With my allergies i knew it was going to be a problem but most hotels were booked solid soi took it. It was horrible

The room was clean but worn out. Text on a/c controls were worn off. Faucet spayed all over counter. Loud argument with lots of cursing outside our room.

I don't like that there isan empty field behind the hotel . Makes your car t rall easy access for thieves. The exterior of the hotel looks a little rough but the rooms are updated and clean. The restaurant next door, Calicos, was decent

Spent one night at this property which is conveniently located close to restaurants and the Kingman Route 66 museum. Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. The tub in the washroom still had leftover hair from previous occupants and we woke up to find a bedbug scurrying underneath the pillow.

The good the bad and the ugly. The evening and morning receptionists were very nice and professional. The beds were good and we slept well. Tv was ok and we had hot water. That is the good. The refrigerator reeked. I realize you can’t control what guests place in it but you’ve got to get it clean. I opened it and immediately closed and opened the door for fresh air. That is the bad. After unloading the car I took one of my sons to the shower. I walked across the street to buy a small rubber mat. The shower was simply filthy dirty. Tub, walls, curtain, drain, faucets - everything. Told my son not to sit down and don’t touch anything. If my other son hadn’t fallen asleep when I was unloading I’d have asked for another room. That’s the ugly

Staff very friendly. Shower disgusting and toilet not clean. Shower base turning black and actually had cracks. No micro or fridge. Only bar soap. I don't think motel 6 will be used again.

Das einzig gute waren die sehr angenehmen und bequemen Betten (King Bett) in den Räumen 402 403, die Größe des Zimmers und die Nähe zum guten diner 'Calico's'. Ansonsten waren in beiden Zimmern die Böden dreckig (mit Fußspuren und klebrigen Stellen). Ebenfalls lagen Haare in den Badewannen, die wohl nicht ausgetauscht wurden bei der Renovierung. Die Zimmer werden wohl offensichtlich von Arbeitern gebucht, die draußen (und wahrscheinlich auch drinnen) rauchen. Deshalb roch es leider auch im Zimmer nach kaltem Rauch! Für eine Nacht mit zugedrückten Augen okay, aber nicht zu empfehlen für längere Aufenthalte.

Conveniently located, and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, with option of fridge and microwave. Reasonably clean, though shower is dirty and in need of replacement. Hot water takes several minutes to start running warm. Good water pressure, comfy bed, lots of space to walk the doggins. Stayed here several times, and likely will again when passing through.

This is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Always clean and friendly staff. The rooms have been renovated and are awesome. Best value in Kingman. It is because of my stays at this location that have led me to stay at other Motel 6’s as I travel.
