The staff were really helpful, allowed us to book in despite being early. Good breakfast and pool and perfectly situated in town for the shop, restaurants and access to horseshoe bend and lake Powell. Sizeable room which was perfectly maintained.

The motel was clean but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet overnight. Air conditioning was quieter than most! Coffee and tea available in reception in the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the outlets on both sides of the bed. Toilet was a little slow and upstairs shower woke us up at 4am, sounding like a jackhammer or diesel truck running in parking lot. Staff was wonderful. Will be staying again i'm sure.

This is a bit dated but the bed was clean and comfortable. TV functional, but ice machine broken. Shower hot water makes terrible noise. The rooms on the front side had road noise and several trains. May be quieter in the back. A/C is controlled by the office but you can control the fan. Office is a little hard to find, staff is very nice.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room at the front of the motel, which was a bit noisy. Had some issues with the tv, but once we found the channel we wanted to watch, it was ok.
