"Good location, friendly staff. Allocated a room upstairs which was alot quieter this time around. Good size, comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathroom. We couldn't work out the fan but that was our fault, but had the air conditioner on. Only let down was the tight car parking with all the big 4WD but can't helped"

"Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! "

"Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay. After checking in, we found that the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the chairs were visibly stained, and the bathroom did not appear to be clean. The shower head was also not working properly, with very poor water flow, and it made a loud noise whenever it was turned on, making it an unpleasant experience to use. "Good location - very quiet and peaceful but not too far from town. Lovely view and great size room and balcony. Stunning pool. Truly delicious pizza and really reasonably priced. Renovations underway but no noise at all. Rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh. But all in all a terrific stay."

"Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. "
