"Came in for one night and wanted to enjoy the stay. Choose this property for the pool and specially the hot tub.
As we started using the hot tub (pool was a bit cool), the pumps were not working and the water was on the higher side of tepid. Still enjoyed being there as it was.
Someone came (Nick) and we asked if he knew how to start the system. He went to work and got the water to warm up a lot more and the pumps to move the water, even though "bubbles" were not present. His effort was really appreciated.
Breakfast was as normal as it can be for La Quinta. Plentiful of choices and even more. It was near shutting down (9 am) the breakfast and the attendant (Shirley) promptly realized people were still coming down. She prepared additional items and made a fresh pot of coffee and apologized for the inconvenience even though it was after the closing of breakfast.
After checkout, we realized we had left something important medicine in the room's refrigerator. I called and asked to have it checked and housekeeping recovered it for us. We went back mid day to retrieve it without any issues. Thankful for the employees being so helpful at this Tulare La Quinta."
