"Cute historic home! Staff were helpful. There’s a peaceful sitting room to relax in. Walking distance from the shopping area, harbour, and cruise terminal. Breakfast was fine, nothing memorable but still decent. Walls were a bit thin (I could hear my neighbors) but that is to be expected in a historic home. A card key unlocks both your personal room and entry to the home. Felt very secure and safe."

"A beautiful historic hotel, we found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable suite (ours had a kitchen) and loved that we could do laundry at the onsite laundry machines. We could walk everywhere in old Charlottetown, and parking was free at the hotel. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone I know travelling to PEI."

"Very satisfied with my stay. When I came in there was fresh bread baking - very welcoming! Location is perfect walking distance to local tourist stuff plus a really nice waterfront walk. In the heart of many heritage homes. I was at the tail end of my trip so doing a load of laundry was so convenient. Breakfast is simple and good. "A beautiful setting with a view of open waters and sky from the deck off our room! Truly meant for nature lovers and visitors looking for serenity. The room was clean and spacious. The host was over the top helpful with things to do, maps and places to eat! Breakfast was good with a wide selection of breads and fruits…only thing missing was cooked eggs and meat. We were so impressed with the host’s genuine hospitality to us. We’d return to Cliffside Inn in a heartbeat!"
