"Staff really helpful. We did find it a challenging stay though due to the shower.
There were three of us, including a toddler, for each shower it took up to five minutes for the water to get hot.
Would not usually care, but paid for a good hotel and this was under par."

"Our stay was fine and recommended if you have an early flight . We ate in the restaurant and the service was very quick . My only complaint would be that there’s a night light in the bathroom which can’t be turned off. The doors to the bathroom opened at the middle so the light filters through . Unfortunately I like a room that is completely dark to sleep ."

"Upon arrival at check in the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded after being told that the room I had initially booked was across from their function room which had an event on-that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. It is in a convenient location when needing to be near the airport for a 7am flight. The shuttle was able to take us to the airport at 3:45am. We could also park our car with them long term at a much cheaper daily rate."

"We stayed only one night - however disappointed to find out that the Wellness Centre at the property was closed for renovations (since April 2026) and not available for use. This was only advised to us after we made the booking.
The staff at the front desk were apologetic, blaming it on 3rd party booking sites (such as Expedia, for not updating the information), but it was still disappointing to find this after we booked. They were generous enough to offer a late checkout which was...
