Staff was great, clean, comfortable bed,breakfast good, only issue was the tv remote-not user friendly-no numbers to go to a specific channel-had to scroll through every channel to get to one you wanted

I had no towels when I checked in my AC didn’t work. My bed was not properly made. I had no soap in the shower no hand soap no nothing. I am very dissatisfied with this stay. And the food was absolutely cold this morning.
