"Clean room"

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning."

"The building consisted of privately owned condos, so I’m not sure how much authority the staff would’ve had about a noise complaint. So I didn’t bother. There is a $44.80 per day resort fee and $22.40 per day parking fee."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. This resort offers a lot of great amenities and we really enjoyed our Expedia VIP treatment. "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff was very professional and the grounds were beautiful. If I had one wish for our stay, it would be that the TV’s were “smart TV’s”. It may seem like a small thing but both of us use it in the morning to workout and we use it to fall asleep at night. Other than that one issue, I would stay there again. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund"

"Tracking was very easy the property was clean the beds were comfortable except the couch sofa I would not recommend I would definitely stay there again we enjoyed every moment of it"

"The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future "

"Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! "

"I paid over $400 for two nights. I was given one of the nastiest rooms I have stayed in for years. The bathroom sink did not drain, I account more cigarette burns in the furniture than I could remember. Th dishes had hair on them, and when we rolled back the sheets the sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky and the room smelled like an ashtray. The smell of the room was just so bad. One of the beds in the room was broken so had to sleep next to the ac unit which was less than 6 inches from the...

"Place is old a musty. Rooms old. Lobby old. Staff not helpful. Run from this place. I booked walked in my room walked right out. Went down the street to the Courtyard and stayed. Just took the loss of booking that room. Stay away."
