"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "We were in room 309. Room was clean for the most part other than a sticky spot on the carpet that we tried avoid. Furniture pretty beat up and it looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. No tv remote but the front desk was quick to get us one. Got down to the complementary breakfast at 7:30am and the eggs were gone and only 3 sausage links left. We were down there around 30 mins a the eggs never filled and 6 sausages were refilled. Coffee cups were out so I had to search the cabinets for...

"Need to check the pool on a regular basis. My husband and I were going to get into the pool but the water was hazy, which made me think the pool was not staff monitored."

"The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work."

"Room was perfect for an overnight stay. I checked in early evening on a Saturday evening and it was pretty noisy from the street and nearby businesses. But all that pretty much comes to a halt after 9 pm as these are businesses that close by then. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They do not serve breakfast but the coffee is excellent!"

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and stocked at all times. Rooms were very clean and tidy."

"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."
