Thanks for leaving a review. My apologies for the inconvenienced caused. Someone is always on property as they are either at the front desk or in the backyard. After we completed our checks, we refunded your account via your card. We will implement a sign for customers to communicate early departure to us immediately, so this does not take place in the future. We also communicate via email and hotel policy which each customer is given to signed, that if a customer is leaving before 7:30am to please communicate with front desk staff. We really apologise for all your troubles and hope that you do enjoy our beautiful island.

Good day, My apologies for any inconvenience face. We always use fabric softner in our laundry, that is a must in our procedures. We are at the beginning of a New Tourist season and I assure you that we will be purchasing new towels and bathmats. This is our practice every year.
