"Excellent communication and customer service. The property is in great condition. One disadvantage, the pool was a mirage (we never saw one)."

"Check in was as smooth as butter. Location is a little less than ideal as the beach was still a 15 minute drive but it is very easy to find and very safe for foreigners. Victoria was very accommodating, got an extra hour free of charge , thanks."

"Conviently located near the airport and a short drive to both Port Royal and Wickie Wackie beach. We loved the design and the space for both of us to use our own bedroom and bathroom. All at a reasonable price. We would consider staying here again if we go back to Jamaica."

"Worst service ever received. Hotels.com said my booking was secure. Booked midweek for Saturday and Sunday night of Carnival weekend. Contacted number and no body answered. Decided to travel to Kingston on Saturday. Apology emailed by Right Spot at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday to say that nobody can get room ready. Somebody in area who knew landlady was passing and contacted number and immediately got a response. I tried earlier at various times and got no response. I was stranded in Kingston/Portmore...
