"Zero sleep. Checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to the Lifts. Same thing happened the week before at their sister Novotel in same complex. I'm assuming these are the rooms for Expedia guests. "The staff, while doing our check-in at 11pm at night, were wonderful. Do friendly and helpful.
