"I liked the location and large size of this place. However, I was disappointed for my adult child to find black underwear in the main washroom, behind the door. The counter tops in the kitchen had food stains, the fridge has fingerprint smears and the stove top had grease splatter that was poorly wiped. Nevertheless, the front desk quickly removed the underwear, I was disappointed that it was not as thoroughly cleaned as our first stay. Sadly, we all agreed not to stay there again."

"The staff at this hotel work very hard to accommodate their guests. Very easy check in. Room could be updated stayed on the 16th room but still very comfortable. I definitely would stay here again.."

"AC was not working, centralized but only had a cool air not enough to cool up the room, they provided a fan and that's all they could do. You can hear the other doors banging and closing because there's a wide gap at the bottom of the door you could hear all the outside noise."

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"The room was decent but that’s where it ends. Staff were rude and not very helpful. When I asked for them to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear them they were very rude and talked down to me. The parking is ridiculous. $45 a night for a crappy parking lot full of potholes and puddles that don’t drain properly. The bar staff in the restaurant were amazing super helpful. The older gentleman was very kind and helpful when I could open my bottle of wine and also gave me a nicer glass to drink...

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Parking was ok, I noticed 1 guy with Chevy 1 ton crew cab taking up 4 spaces, just assu.ed he was from Grande prairie. We got 2 key cards 1 sorta worked for the room, the other worked for the elevator. There are no more vending machines, just ice. Breakfast in the restaurant was good,"

"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."
