"Very conveniently located to Loch Lomond & the highlands. The staff (Alistair, Faith, & George, to name a few) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The dining room was bright & neat & clean. The food was very nice and there was a wide variety to choose from for dinner.
This is an older hotel, but everything worked. The soundproofing was excellent! Could not hear the motorway or people in adjacent rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel was full."

"It was handy for a local wedding but that’s really the only positive I can mention.
The room we were allocated was right above the lounge area facing into the carpark and was the least soundproofed room I’ve ever slept in.
We were woken up at 6.45am on a Sunday morning with loud music coming from the breakfast room down below meaning after a wedding we had no lie in. The throw over the sofa in the room was shabby and felt unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and no thought put into lighting,...
