The friendly recpetionist organised a room for me and my dog, but it was £20 more expensive, There was a dog charhe of 35£ instead of 25£ as on the website. Good size room staff lovely. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold and the duvet was paper thin. Card for the room didn’t work and we had to keep going back down 2 flights of stairs to get the card reprogrammed.
