"The first room had mold in it. I visually saw it and smelled it. It was obvious and clear. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, and though they got me into a new room, the desk associate was rude about it. She was concerned because now she cant "book it to someone else". I said the room has mold...i cant stay in it, it should be fixed before you book someone else in it. The new room wasnt much better, but i did get good sleep, so i can say it was average. Overall, good location..but...

"The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff are all very helpful. The pools are gorgeous and food and beverage service around the pools is excellent.
My only gripe is the absolutely out of control room service and parking charges. The hotel includes gratuities, service fees, and tax to everything. A pot of coffee from room service is listed as $20. In reality the final bill was $28 and change. And $48 valet parking fees per night. So while the resort keeps their accommodation fees reasonable...
