"The biggest issue was the room temperature. The room became extremely hot throughout the afternoon and evening and was very uncomfortable to stay in. We were unable to properly relax or sleep in the room due to the heat. In order to make the room even somewhat tolerable, we had to keep the windows ..."

"The room was in a tired condition. The bed didn’t stay in an upright position and the lock strap on the window was torn out, reception were informed, it neither were fixed in the 5 days we were there. The towel warmer didn’t work, the clothes dryer was too rusty to use, the bathroom light flickered ..."
