Being from the US and first time in Edinburgh, the hotel location was a great importance to our travel! About a 7 min walk from the bus station, the location was centered with everything to see and do. The 24 hr wash and dry and gym , not to mention the breakfast was indeed an added bonus! The staff were very kind and helpful when in need.

Check in was very speedy. Room was nice with small kitchenette with dishes. Studio room bed is either a Murphy bed or pull out couch so bed was average. Pillows were nice. Rooms fairly sound proof. Location of this hotel is top notch and would stay again based solely on that.
