My only two complaints are not enough parking, so if you find a spot, try not to leave and the walls are thin. You hear people stomping and dropping stuff upstairs, people in and out slamming their room doors all night long"

"Rudeness and ignorance from front desk employee Debbie. She came off as a rascist Karen that didn’t want to help me check in. The stay was not worth the money. Room was not updated and I wasn’t told where the hot tub even existed."

"Room 111 ceiling obviously had previous water damage which you can smell had mildew in the room. The tub was stopped up, kept filling up when the shower was running. The main sink needed better water pressure, water was trickling out very slow."

"Charming, Cozy and Clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Glidden House. The hotel is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with so much character. The location felt very safe and was perfect for our visit to Cleveland. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly made our stay special was the staff.
