"The property was clean and smelled great. The front desk clerk was great and friendly! I had problems with accounting staff for the refund of 2 accidental fee they charge. I am still waiting for my money back after 2 weeks of my stay! Very unprofessional manager that I talked too. Every conversation we had talking over me when I was asking questions! Maybe need some customer service training!!!!!"

"My family stayed here for about 5 days. At first it seemed a little chaotic in the valet where you unload your luggage. But they had an efficient system and were very organized and got everyone their luggage moved pretty past. "We stayed one night for CCMF. We walked to the concert and back - boardwalk is across the street. Cute, quaint family owned hotel. Very clean and we were able to check in early. Owners couldn’t have been nicer. Room - had a mini kitchen complete with oven and all accessories as well as freezer and fridge. Nice balcony with 2 seats and table. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The air conditioning could have been cooler but we were comfortable. Great place, you can’t go wrong...

"The rooms were very nice but the bathrooms need a lot of help. There is no counter space in the bathrooms. You have a 30" vanity with a sink the size if a cereal bowl. You have enough space and could change out the vanity top with a longer one so you can place things on there. "

"Breakfast is regular hotel hot breakfast.. they charge almost $15 per personnot including tax or drink. Have pools, hot tubs. Oceanfront, walkable places, family vibes. Overall really cool, chill place. Parking included with your stay. Will definitely be returning. Oh, full kitchen, could use more utensils, but i got the job done! Bonus is the almost wrap around balcony with the condos. "
