It was a tradition Japanese place, public baths that were spotless and cozy, got kimonos for our stay and inside house slippers, the meals were unique and intricate. "This is my second stay and honestly it’s my #1 recommendation for Japan. The Staff are wonderful. He was pretty fluent in English so no need to worry about a language barrier. The rooms are very clean. The lobby is a nice place to relax and even has a massage chair which is great after a hot bath. The location is perfect for exploring the area. It’s about a 6 minute walk from the train station. "
