Nice for the Price

Full size Fridge in the unit, nice size and clean. Room Ventilation fan kind of loud however (Could Not Turn Off) had to get used to that to fall asleep, otherwise nice stay!

These rooms are very dated with 30 year old blinds that barely function, a tv that has sound cutting in and out, plus missing some basics like coffee and tea that most hotels offer. The air/con kinda worked if you set it below 70. It's great to have two separate bedrooms but the place seemed manky overall for the room rate that one pays. In general, the KW area lacks good hotels near the airport. So you can chance things with a private bnb or a cheap motel I suppose.
Mismatched, broken blinds let in a lot of street light pollution especially if you're on the first floor.

Great, clean rooms!

Our stay here was great and it has been every time. The staff is always wonderful and very friendly!! Hotel and our rooms were very clean. The only thing I would change is the beds, could be a bit comfier and sturdier. We always stay here when we're up in the area.

Stayed here after a wedding. It was comfy, safe and clean. The AC unit shut off every hour which was a little annoying in July but our visit was short so it wasn’t too bad

Excellent price, 2 separate bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom for under $100 a night. Free parking. Close to 401. A little worn due to a lot of traffic with students moving in and out every year, but very clean. Would recommend.

The rooms were great value for money. Because it is a student property, access to an iron and board are via loan from front desk rather than in each room but that was not a big deal as we were not far from front desk. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Front desk is 24 hours so there is always someone there to help you if needed. Loved it!

The property was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable but a little creaky at times. Bathroom was clean however water pressure was not great. Otherwise, place was good! I had a lot of space and was able to relax with no issues

I will start with the good points - The staff was very helpful and especially Dakota went out of her way to make our stay really special (she went beyond her call of duty when she saw I was too tired with some task late into the night and helped me sort it out quickly). Negative point - the vent in the room was making a lot of noise so we twisted open just to see if that fixes it but then we saw the air ducts had a lot of guck and dead flies spewed out when the vent was opened. IF they can just handle this - the rest of the unit was actually fine (washrooms were clean, beds were good and the overall unit was find). We can share pics of the vents if needed by the facility. we just closed the vent shut for our stay.
