"This is a horrible place. The description is completely wrong! It says there is air conditioning and heating. NONE is true. There is a small battery operated fan. There is no power in this room, no water. Beds are super uncomfortable making noises in each move. Shared bathroom is a JOKE! There is one bathroom, for about 500 people. It is nasty and dirty. Expedia MUST remove this property or completely rewrite the description. Very misleading. This is basically a tent in a large campground...

"I’ve stayed there twice this Spring, attending events at CWU. Hampto inn is clean and new and does what a hotel should. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice, staff is professional. Two downsides: 1. On our first stay, we received sales “robo” calls from Hampton on our room phone at 2am. I unplugged the phone. 2. Windows do not open and the air in the rooms smells stale to me. I wouldn’t stay here during flu season. That aside, light, updated rooms with cool art."
