The hotel was unawaee of our reservation although we were lucky to have found accommodation available. Despite this, we were checked in with ease. The meals were very good . Power outages disorganised our stay and comfort.

Serena is expensive but it’s a great spot to “land” when you come to Kampala. The grounds are fantastic, the pool is excellent, and the service is great. Centrally located, high security - a great place to stay when you’re in Kampala.
