"We arrived late at night after a 14 hour drive. The front desk stunk like smoke and bleach. A face cloth in the room was dirty with hair wrapped in it. The towels were all wrinkled. Potentially just folded and put back on the rack Hair on the sheets and pillows. And a yellow stain on the sheets.
We slept with our clothes on - on top of the bedding. We were too exhausted to complain and change hotels. At the desk the next morning the clerk told us that they need to lint roll all the sheets...

"Stains all over the carpets in the hall way, multiple places on the walls and floor in the hall way where dogs had urinated, the room smelled, I had to go out and get my febreeze from the car to even tolerate being in the room. The beds were horrible, so we slept restless, and woke up sore and stiff, and the free breakfast was lame. Cold cerial, instant oatmeal packets, toast, toaster waffles... no protein, fruit, or gluten fee options, just carbs. Would not recommend or stay there ever again."

"Check in staff was very curt and harsh. Room was very small. Television was very small. Worst thing was room had a very strong veterinarian office smell (dog) that caused a very severe allergic reaction for both me and my wife. Wife had severe respiratory issue with airway reaction despite inhaler use. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in. Should have asked for a refund."
