"The hotel staff are definitely 5 star, but the hotel itself needs some updates. I was surprised to hear it was only 5 years old, but the building was much older and sat for many years. The bar is fantastic and I thouroughly enjoyed the entertainment and bartenders were lovely friendly people! "Hotel was closed for 2 months yet they received the booking. Got a number to call and check in from expedia when the hotel was closed. I went all the way and was left panicking as hotel was closed. No messages nothing. Terrible experience and so not trusworthy"

"The rating for this 2 stas hotel should be 4/10 instead of 7/10. We were staying with rats on the ceiling during our 4 nights stay in June. No hot water, toilet was crack, stains on bedsheet and pillow, fortunately, no smells, otherwise we will move out without hesitation. The staff even asked for additional fees when we did feedback at the counter."

"Poorly maintain building. Stain on bedsheet. The toilet flush did not work all the time. The teaspoon was sticky and cups have stains. The two sachets of instant coffee were hard and chunky. The only good about the hotel is water heater is working, water pressure is strong, the air conditional is quiet. "
